These services include MOBILE (We come to you) or DROP OFF (Bring your computer to us) repair at competitive pricing. After you have consulted with our technicians, we can then schedule an appointment for the repairs to be done in your home, or you can drop off and pick up your computer at our office. DEFINITIONS OF SERVICES

• Networking Installation – Securely share the internet, printers and files from anywhere in your office or home. Enjoy fast and easy multi-tasking with safe and secure wireless network. Will set up or troubleshoot a two device wired/wireless network. (devices can be computers, access points, print server, range extender, Xbox, Xbox 360 or PlayStation) Hardware not included; additional devices will add a charge of $39.
• Single PC Networking – Setup a single computer wired/wireless network and configure security settings to ensure that your network is secure. Hardware not included. Does not include file and print sharing.
• Setup & Configuration – Set up and configure a new PC.
• Hardware Install – Install any one PC compatible internal or external hardware device onto your desktop OR laptop. Graphics/video card, memory, hard drives, optical drives are examples of what hardware devices are.
• Virus / Spyware Eradication & Repair – Eradicate viruses and spyware and install software to aid in preventing future problems.
• Software Install (single program) – Install single title software. Examples are tax preparation software, productivity software or game software. Does not include operating software.
• Operating System Install / Upgrade – Install / upgrade windows operating system and all updates. (Software not included)
• 1-Hour Training – A personalized training session where you learn what you want to learn, on a specific topic, at your own pace in your own home. Examples are software, basic PC skills, digital imaging, digital video, digital music. Additional time is offered at $85 per hour.
• Pick Up / Delivery of Equipment – You need your computer repaired but don’t want to hassle with disconnecting it all and reconnecting. We will come to your house, disconnect your computer from all cords, and then reconnect it when we are done.
