Foundation for Rural Service
Washington D.C Youth Tour 2018
The FRS Youth Tour provides high school students from across rural America a chance to visit our nation’s capital and learn about rural telecommunications. Since 1995, the tour has hosted thousands of students and provides a forum for teens to meet and interact with their peers from other rural communities as well as key legislative, regulatory and government figures.
The Youth Tour is available to students who are Monitor Telecom (634 prefixes) members or immediate family members on the date of application and through the date of the Youth Tour. Students must be high school students, age 16 or 17 years old at the time of the youth tour.
Applications are available at the Monitor Telecom business office or download the application here.
