Monitor is now offering 9 additional Voicemail boxes for no extra charge. One person's mailbox is assigned the Administrator of the group greeting for your sub-mailboxes. Your group greeting directs callers to press the appropriate key to reach the individual sub-mailboxes. Once the group greeting is recorded, each submail box "owner" may need to record a personal greetin and assign a personal PIN to make their sun-mailbox uniquel their own.

Attention 6MB DSL Users... If you are currently a DSL Customer with our 6MB level of service, you are eligible to receive Voicemail to E-Mail Notification free! Voicemail messages are attached to your email as digital audio files in .wav format, so you can listen to messages on your computer with the same sound quality as messages left on traditional answering services or devices. This feature uses audio players, such as Windows Media Player, RealOne Player, Winamp or QuickTime, to play the voice mail. Because messages arrive in a common file format and most computers are pre-equipped with an audio player which supports this file type, there should be absolutely no software for you to install. Check your email as you normally would. When you get a voice mail message, you will receive an email delivered right to your inbox. The message will have an attachment.
